It was the first week back to school here in Dallas, but this newly first grader had as much energy as if it were still the summer! I'm not sure if it's technically fall when school starts, but it definitely gets you thinking and longing for that cooler weather, though some area of Texas never really experience a Fall season! I love how this family incorporated light and airy wardrobe choices into their fall family session! What you wear and location are 2 of the most important elements (other than your fine self) to achieve the style and look you are going for! Even though some of this session was shot just after the sun dipped below the horizon, we were still able to get those happy light photographs what you want! Plus, can we talk about this little first grader's amazingly red hair! It was stunning and beautifully accented by the setting sun! I was in model heaven with this little one and her enthusiastic and loving parents.
