I've lived in Texas my whole life in the major metropolitan areas of Houston and Dallas, so I wasn't really sure what to expect when a mom who is a recent transplant to our great state said that she wanted to dress Texan for her family session. And I have to say that her choice of that tulle skirt with a denim shirt, made the most beautiful and dreamy photos. Plus, can we please just acknowledge that the sunset that night matched her to-die-for skirt?! You know I hold an option that wardrobe can make or break a session...and that it's totally ok to wear something maybe just a little outside your norm for stunning photos. This is a perfect example of incorporating a statement piece to really make your session shine. Of course your beautiful smiles and interactions are really the show piece, but to get the light and airy feel, colors and wardrobe really help!
